Chief Minister Digambar Kamat, Minister Filip Neri Rodrigues, Speaker Pratapsingh Rane, Tomazino Cardozo, Ranjana Salgaonkar, Poet from Maharashtra Ramdas Futane and others attended the meeting which deliberated on the functioning of Entertainment Society of Goa.
Henceforth joint meetings of executive committee and governing council will be held to ensure better functioning, assured CM in the AGM, said sources. It is also decided that Nilesh Naik an artist from Merces be felicitated by giving Rs. 1 lakh cash award for figuring in Guinness book of world record. Naik had drawn Rangoli portraiting Shivaji Maharaj, sources said. AGM congratulated Mr. Naik.
